Exception opening hours 21.11.2024:
Helpline open 8am-4pm
At the veterinary helpline/online consultation, you will be served by veterinarians in Evidensia. They will advise you by phone, assess your pet's need for care, give instructions on further care or offer other advice on how to care for your pet. If a visit to the clinic is necessary, they will refer you to the nearest veterinary clinic.
The telephone consultation will bring your vet's advice close to you and your pet, regardless of time and place. We serve without an appointment.

If you have previously visited with your pet at the Evidensia veterinary clinic, the veterinarians will have access to your pet's medical records during the consultation. You can also ask for more information about the home care instructions you have received or for an assessment.
For questions other than those related to the pet's condition, please contact the clinic or customer service center directly.
Information about the animal and the owner is collected for all calls (name, address, phone number, e-mail). In order to serve you in the best possible way, the contents of the call are recorded, so that the animal's care information is also available during possible follow-up visits to Evidensia.
